Run your outreach straight from Gmail.
Sendio is an outbound sales platform for B2B teams. Connect your Gmail and Sendio sends your outreach emails, catches every reply, and keeps the threads organized, so your pipeline keeps moving without you living in your inbox.
What Sendio does with your Gmail
Connecting Gmail is optional and takes one click. Once it's connected, Sendio uses it for three things, all visible inside the app.
Send from your own mailbox
Sendio sends your outreach emails on your behalf from your connected Gmail, at human pace, so every message comes from you.
Catch every reply
Sendio detects replies to your campaigns and surfaces them in your unified inbox inside the app, so a warm answer never gets buried.
Keep your inbox tidy
Sendio organizes the threads it handles for you. It marks messages read or unread, adds or removes labels, and archives what's done.
Why Sendio asks for Gmail access
When you connect a Gmail account, you grant Sendio the gmail.modify permission. Sendio uses it only to power the features above. Here's exactly how each part of that permission is used.
You can disconnect your Gmail at any time from your Sendio settings, which removes this access.
To detect replies to your own outreach campaigns and show them in your Sendio inbox.
To send the outreach emails you set up, from your own connected mailbox.
To organize the threads Sendio handles so your inbox stays clean.
What Sendio never does
Sendio's use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Never sold or shared
Sendio does not sell your Google data or share it, except as needed to run the features above or to comply with the law.
Never used for ads
Sendio does not use any data from your Gmail to serve advertising, anywhere.
Never trains general AI
Sendio does not use your Google data to train or improve generalized AI models. Any automated help runs only on your own mailbox to power features you see.
Your data, your control
To run these features, Sendio stores message content and metadata from the connected mailbox, and stores your Google sign-in tokens encrypted at rest.
Disconnect your Gmail at any time from your Sendio settings. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
When you disconnect or delete your account, Sendio deletes the stored Google data within 30 days.
