    Sendio is a technology platform owned and operated by ESFERA DESIGN LTDA., a private legal entity registered in Brazil under CNPJ No. 44.760.412/0001-03. Sendio is committed to safeguarding privacy and protecting the personal data of all users of its digital platforms, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations.

    Personal Data

    "Personal Data" means any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person. "Sensitive Personal Data" means personal information regarding racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, union membership, membership in a religious, philosophical, or political organization, health or sex life data, and genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.

    Sendio is not intended to process sensitive personal data in the ordinary use of the Platform. If a Client/User enters this type of data in free-text fields (for example, in notes, templates, or messages), such processing will occur under the responsibility of the person who entered the data.

    Collection

    Sendio is committed to collecting only the information necessary to operate the Platform, provide support, improve the experience, and comply with legal obligations. In general, collection occurs when you:

    • fill out forms (contact, newsletter, scheduling);
    • create and use a Sendio account;
    • configure campaigns, messages, sequences, and preferences;
    • connect integrations (e.g., email providers, CRMs, and other tools authorized by you);
    • browse the website or use the Platform (usage data and logs).

    Types of Data Collected

    Depending on your relationship with Sendio, we may process:

    • Registration and contact data: name, email, company, job title, phone number, and information voluntarily provided.
    • Platform usage data: preferences, settings, usage events, accessed pages/areas, date/time, technical identifiers, and logs.
    • Browsing data: IP address, browser/device type, visited pages, cookies, and similar information (when enabled).
    • Data imported by the Client: leads/contacts and related data (for example, name, business email, company, and fields added by the Client) for campaign execution.

    Purpose

    Personal data may be used for the following purposes, as applicable:

    • Service delivery: create and manage accounts, authenticate access, and enable the creation and execution of outreach campaigns and automations.
    • Integrations and features: enable connections with third-party providers and tools chosen by the User/Client (e.g., email and CRM).
    • Communication and support: respond to requests, send operational notices, confirm appointments, and provide technical support.
    • Security and abuse prevention: protect accounts and detect fraud, spam, and misuse of the Platform.
    • Product improvement: usage and performance analysis for fixes, metrics, and feature improvements.
    • Marketing and content: send materials, newsletters, and promotional communications, when permitted and according to your preferences.

    Browsing Data

    Browsing data may be used to improve your experience on the website and Platform by monitoring visited pages, performance, stability, and security. This data may include technical information (such as IP, date/time, device, and browser) and identifiers such as cookies, when enabled.

    Third-Party Data (Leads) and Client Responsibility

    Sendio is a tool that may allow the Client to import and process lead/contact data for campaign execution. In such cases, the Client must ensure an appropriate legal basis and compliance with applicable law (including LGPD and anti-spam rules). Sendio acts as a technological processor to the extent necessary to provide the Platform.

    Change of Purpose

    If it becomes necessary to use data for a purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy, Sendio commits to prior notice. At that time, users will be asked for new consent for the continued processing of their personal information.

    Data Subject Rights

    Sendio reaffirms its commitment to guaranteeing all data subject rights provided under the LGPD, such as: confirmation and access; correction; anonymization, blocking, or deletion; portability; information about data sharing; the possibility of refusing consent; withdrawal of consent; and objection.

    Sharing

    Sendio may share personal data with third parties when necessary to operate the Platform and provide services, such as infrastructure providers (hosting, storage), analytics tools, support services, communication services (email), and integrations enabled by the Client/User (e.g., email providers and CRMs). Data may also be shared to comply with legal obligations, court orders, or the regular exercise of rights.

    Storage and Disposal

    Users' personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including operational needs, support, security, and legal compliance. When applicable, disposal or anonymization will occur after processing ends, or within up to 30 days after a valid request by the data subject, depending on the volume and nature of the data, except in legal situations that authorize or require longer retention.

    Opt-out

    All email marketing and newsletter messages sent by Sendio include an unsubscribe link in the footer. By clicking this link, the user will be automatically removed from Sendio's contact list and will no longer receive marketing emails and newsletters; however, their data may remain stored in our database.

    Data Deletion

    The permanent deletion of personal data must be requested directly by the data subject through the communication channel provided below. After a deletion request, all stored data will be deleted from our servers within up to 30 days.

    Security

    Sendio adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Still, no system is fully secure, and security also depends on good User practices (for example, credential protection and strong passwords).

    Updates

    If Sendio makes any changes to this Privacy Policy, they will be published at this same link. For this reason, users are encouraged to visit this page periodically to stay informed about how Sendio handles their data.

    Communication Channel

    Sendio is responsible for processing users' personal data, from collection to deletion. Any information may be requested by email at contato@sendio.io, as well as any requests and/or complaints. Sendio is committed to responding to all communications within up to 30 days.
